Internet surveys get a bad rap, but this is definitely something to think about; it would certainly be useful, given some of our common friends, to see if standard assessments, such as the OASES, could be made available, and people referred to them, after therapy experiences. That might add to the retrospective, global ratings given to some of your questions...
