This survey took a fairly superficial view if therapy outcomes. I agree that we need more specific tracking by clinicians, using instruments such as OASES that measure life impacts and not just fluency. Choosing a clinician is difficult for consumers because they have less information about therapy effectiveness than, say, used cars or restaurants.
