The best stuttering treatment is customized to the individual client. If you are working with fluency clients, I hope you are working under the supervision of a board recognized fluency specialist, or at least a clinician who has some solid experience in working with PWS. The survey showed that clinician qualifications make a significant difference, and also that PWS have received a great deal of ineffective therapy.
