Daily life tasks discussed in this article really put it in perspective of how stuttering can interfere with a persons life. I never realized how many tasks could be affected by being a person that stutters. As a student in a fluency class, I have just recently started learning about stuttering and how many people have trouble doing daily tasks. One daily task that I have learned about that many people that stutter have difficulties with is talking on the phone. The person who is on the receiving end cuts the person that is stuttering off a lot. This may be one reason why some of the people in the survey responded that stuttering interferes with work or other activities.
