Unfortunately my personal experiences both as a clinician and a consumer have been that Disability Student Services offices in the U.S. at the dozen or so universities with which I have worked do not much address stuttering and tend to foll the U.S. rehabilitation model of deciding what is best for the student and what the student needs to "succeed".
