Hello Maria, Great question. I do think of course it is important for a student PWS and all other students to strive to become indendent in learning and life. I am not proposing that a PWS should in anyway be dependent on disability service officers. I simply posed the question of what if. What could be found by a PWS online regarding university disability information if they were seeking help. The rest of my studies (ongoing) look beyond this study and towards engagement and experience. I also think at times independence may need to be nurtured from many different and varied sources.
