As a student aid in my university's disability and concerns office, I was very interested in this article. I never realized the implications that some people who stutter might face while pursing a higher education. I relaized that my univeristy in Illinois doesn't offer any services that I am aware of for people who stutter. I can't imagine how intimidating freshman speech class could be to some people becuase I know I was nervous. I agree that there needs to be more awareness and services provided!
