I found this article to be of great interest. I find myself intrigued that one's perception changes their reactions to situations. The findings of Dweck really put a clear picture in my mind regarding my question about perceptions of stuttering. I also believe that the findings of Dweck's studies may be useful in understanding why some people deal well and others deal poorly with stuttering. Positive outlooks usually produce positive results. In my opinion, attitude determines how people react to situations. This can stand true in terms of stuttering.
