You were able to tell your clinician what you needed in therapy--and you are very open about asking questions. It may be possible that a person in stuttering therapy is not able to communicate their needs due to fear, shyness, or whatever. What can a clinician do to ensure that the person they are working with feels free to share their needs. What if the PWS is not aware of their needs? How can the SLP help in this case?
