Pamela - This was a great and thorough paper regarding important points to consider when starting/continuing speech therapy for the PWS. Regarding your therapy, have you ever considered searching for an SLP who has their Specialty Board Recognition in Fluency Disorders? This signifies that, among other requirements, this SLP has a specific minimum number of hours that they work with PWS. Great paper.
