Thanks Greg! Coming from you, that means a lot. You teach grad students and you work hard to keep it real. Thats what my goal was with this paper and sharing my thoughts. I am glad it came across with the passion I really feel. I am going to use some of the comments and insights gained from this ISAD conference for the upcoming training we are doing.
