I really enjoyed reading your article especially when you mentioned that the clinicians should also voluntarily stutter under "Do As I Do, Not As I Say I Do." I am in a stuttering course this semester and a few weeks ago, my teacher assigned us to go out in public and purposefully stutter. I was really nervous, mainly because I didn't want my "stuttering" to seem unnatural and someone thinking I was faking or pranking. I am so grateful for this assignment because it truly was an eye opening experience. I got to feel both positive and negative experience from other people. So thank you for addressing that it's something important to you that clinicians do.
