Hi, Cathy I am a graduate student at St johns University and I am taking a class on fluency. I really enjoyed reading your story. Everyone should read this and understand more about what PWS actually feel. If everyone was more informed it would be an easier world. As I read your story I realized that the most important step is acceptance. You said you accepted yourself at age 26. What do you think should be done to help the younger ones accept themselves at a younger age, and not allow their stutter control their lives?
