thank you for your answer! it took me years to understand that like you say i need to deal with the moment of stuttering. I didn’t find en expert on this treatment in Israel ,so I started to treat myself - but it is very hard to me to calm myself ,when the tongue is so tense. the feeling is that i wont be able to release the block ever, and for this reason the blocks take a long time.
