Hi, I want to add two more issues that are relevant in my view. First, uncertainty plays a big role in decision making; uncertainty in costs and benefits of therapy. I am not referring to lack of data, because even if you have data, you will not know whether you are the one that benefits or has the higher costs. So every patient faces an uncertain outcome which makes decision making more difficult. For example, I am very hesistant to do another treatment because of the uncertainty. Not yet another therapy UNLESS I know for certain the outcome. Second, the measurement problem has not been fixed yet. How do you measure the fluency in an objective way? All recordings are done publicly and the patient knows about it. It's the belly-in-on-pictures effect. And you cannot filter this effect out because there is no control grop.
