Your piece did a nice job at examining outcomes from different perspectives. One area we SLPs cannot underestimate is the perception 3rd party payers (insurance) have of stuttering treatment. We all want our clients to get reimbursed and the better our evidence is the more we can help. The autism community has done a superb job of lobbying for insurance payments. Stuttering outcomes are not black and white and we are all growing together.
