Hi Alan: Your story - as a PWS - is not all that uncommon. I suppose it is a 'chicken and egg' question regarding which comes first or which plays the larger role: the cognitive/affective changes or the fluency/speech skills changes. As you point out, the two go hand-in-hand, and the relative importance of the two may be based on the individual.
