Karen; Great question! There is no "magic age" for any particular activity in therapy, but I adjust my therpay activities to age, awareness and cognitive levels of the student. I also look at the child's therapy to date and look to create a mindset that helps him or her understand that whatever we are working on in therapy at the present time is only a part of a "bigger picture."
