Hello LC Lots of ideas! I love visual representations and tactile concepts for working with abstract issues in therapy....Effect circles, hierarchies of difficulty, "drawing your stuttering," etc. these can be put into the child's speech journal as a documentation of therapy activities and progress. I also like to use tactile activites for demonstrating speech management techniques (slides as a representation for a pull-out, waves as a representation of an easy onset, etc) Lots of these concepts are presented in the Source book from Linguisystems and the "Workbook" from the Stuttering Foundation. Have a great ISAD tomorrow!
