I have a fluency client and I'm trying to get him to use chunking and pausing but he is young .It's hard for him to understand why he needs to wait between taking turns while talking. I've tried different methods such as eating a snack between turns but it seems to be difficult for him to grasp. He is very energetic and I would love any help I could get. Do you have any suggestions?
