Hi Peter, I'm a graduate student and reading your article was extremely interesting and something new for me. One question - when I read, say or hear the words 'pause', 'hesitate' or 'stop', my mind automatically thinks about avoidance. I'm wondering, do you think the words 'relax' or 'release' might be equally helpful when using this technique? Many thanks in advance!
