Thanks, Lisa! I'm flattered to be able to provide any encouragement to your client. As you well said, the reality of his work will be not in the people and customer he engages that will think about him, but rather all of them are coming to him in need of financial help, credit, investments, deposits, etc. because they are in need. When he realizes, as you so well put, that it's not personal and never about him, he'll flourish with his natural skills and ability. Promise him that the customer who is starting a business, buying a child a car, trying to save a foreclosure, or paying for emergency surgery won't be too concerned that they get the loan from a banker who stutters! They'll just be grateful that he believes in them and speech will have nothing to do with that. Thanks, again, Lisa for your work, as well. Chris
