Kristina, I definitely do BUT with a major caveat. Never feel pressured to employ this tactic all the time -- just when you feel like it. It takes the pressure off because you punted at the last minute, avoided, or shunned a situation. That's okay. Even fluent speakers don't always have to be obligated to comb their hair every time they leave the house. Like everything else, do what YOU want to do WHEN you want to do it -- when it comes to stuttering. Voluntary stuttering does physically and emotionally help so consider it a quality tool that you pull from your tool belt when you need it and want to use it. Your choice. Thanks again for being a part of this, Kristina, Chris
