Thank you for your inspiring article! Your personal story really demonstrates that true success begins with our own acceptance of ourselves. I really appreciated your honesty and bravery in educating your colleges about your stuttering, and in that in turn led to you accepting yourself for who you are. I am a gradutate student in speech-language pathology. I believe that therapy should revolve around what the client's goals are, and I was wondering if you ever worked on using strategies to increase your overall fluency, or if accepting your stuttering was your main goal in therapy. Thank you for your time, and good luck to you in the future!
