Hi, Melissa, Thanks for your comments. In addition to voluntary stuttering and advertising, I usually don't feel a need to fall into any techniques unless I get into a real pressure situation or judgmental atmosphere. I actually try to fall back on what I learned in basic speech class as a child of being more disciplined in my rate, mainly (I'm a very rapid talker -- which is another covert trick) and in my annunciation. Essentially, I try to "stutter better" or at least in my control without as dramatic or intense a block or secondary traits. Thanks again for being a part of this wonderful forum. Chris
