I admire how you picked a job that was not always "PWS friendly". Many PWS revolve their whole lives around hiding their stutter, trying to make it affect their lives less than it would if they take no action. I think doing this will only make their speech worse, so they are really just digging themselves into a deeper and deeper hole. Having an occupation in which you are forced to speak in front of groups can really be a good thing; it will eventually become a normal, much less stressful thing, you will become more fluent, and you will no longer be as frightened about it.
