We only really do what we require of ourselves. The trick of these types of assignments is understanding what the success criteria are. At first, success doesn’t mean easier forward moving speech with less struggle and better communication. That comes later. Success in the beginning is facing stuttering, tolerating the struggle, and understanding your pattern. That’s the really hard part.
