I think it would be useful to incorporate something like this in to a therapy program. For me, it’s been great to have snapshots along my journey. What I mean are experiences that I can point to and say, a year ago I could not do what I can do today! Working on speech day to day can be discouraging sometimes and it’s hard to see progress when you are in its mists. Having a weekly benchmark that I can build up each week and look back at over time helps me and I think it would be useful to others who are ready to consistently work toward more forward moving speech, and better communication.
