Hi Reuben, I applaud you on your persistence in your recovery journey to striving to good communication. The pressure each week just to create a new voicemail message must have created a lot of anxiety and uneasy feelings inside you. Looking at the two different messages from week one to week 101, you have made great progress. I was wondering how has your feelings and confidence in your own speaking skills has changed over the last two years because of your progress? Are there still situations that you find yourself nervous or uncomfortable in?
