Hi Reuben, what a great story! It must have been quite an interesting experience, having an annoying office task become a catalyst of your journey. I’m sure there are a lot of speech therapists out there that wish some of their clients worked in offices with a policy like yours. I will write this one down and keep it in my therapy arsenal.
