Well, Janet, good to hear from you again, you intrepid trailblazer! You know as well as anyone that, as my Transactional Analysis teachers say, there are different strokes for different folks. The more we know, the more we can help. Some people will find meditation provides the bedrock for personal change they can use to deal with their stuttering problems. Others may resist meditating, at least at some point in their life. We are educators. We embody and advise, instruct and direct. Let us continue to do so with the welfare of those who come to us foremost in our mind.
