I really enjoyed reading your article, thanks for sharing your insight! I was able to really appriciate the exercise of feeling flawed vs. complete and I was able to put some perspective on feeling complete myself. As a person that does not stutter I know I tend to look at the flaws in myself and I think being able to switch this thought process in myself will help me in my work with future clients who stutter. I have a young fluency client now and your article reminded me I need to help him focus on the things he is doing well in his speech and make sure I'm not causing him to focus solely on his flaws.
