Thank you for posting your article! What other tools did you use to help give you a more positive outlook regarding your stuttering? I am a graduate student currently working with a high school senior boy who is experiencing dysfluencies, and he has difficulty looking at his stuttering as anything but negative. Are there any suggestions you could give to that may help him think less negatively about his stuttering the way you have transformed your idea of your stuttering?
