Thank you for posting this article. I am studying to be a SLP and this was very insightful and will be a great help to me in the future! Marty had great suggestions to what he would want his therapist to do and to be like. I was wondering if he had anyone in his life that helped him deal with the emotional aspects of stuttering, or if he did it on his own accord, and just thought it would have been easier if he had a therapist that took the specific steps mentioned?
