I'm in the same boat as you, LC. I am also a grad student so I'm not able to give you any advice at this point. But I think you're already on the right track. I like your comment: 'When it comes down to it, if a client doesn't agree with/help develop the goals set forth--what good are they?' I think the best we can do right now is remember that and try not to push our own goals on our clients! Lisa
