Patty, Great article! I really like how you broke everything down by age group. I actually have a question for you...right now at school I'm working with a fluency client(yay!), but the mother and I have both noticed in therapy he's fluent, but at home he's not as fluent. When I talk to my client about his speech he states he knows when he's stuttering, but he says he doesn't feel it and it doesn't bother him. So, I guess my question would be...are there different activities I should be trying to elicit both more stuttering and more awareness in the therapy session?
