Thank you for sharing your insights about stuttering, as someone who stutters and is well acquainted with societal perceptions of stuttering in China. Do you know of studies that document prevalence and incidence of fluency disorders in China? As another reader indicated, the 1% figure is often quoted for this country. I am also interested in knowing more about the level of training at universities in China for students who wish to become speech-language pathologists. Thanks, Florence Myers
