I think the point is that there should not be "a" represent, or a similar set of represents, for pws. PWS are different in their stuttering behaviors, in their reactions and responses to stuttering, etc. This "one voice" of stutterers is not cried out by a single voice, but many different voices, asking for one thing, that is, the world's understanding of stuttering and us.
