Vice president Joe Biden spoke at AIS (American Institute of Stuttering) annual gala, and will talk at this year's ASHA. So I guess he is trying to do something for stutterers ... but obviously he is busy now. How about after his retirement? If only he wishes, he could be that spokesperson.
