I have written an article about stuttering, teasing and bullying from the perspective of a child in middle school. I wanted to give readers a feel for what a child may think and feel as he or she deals with stuttering and being teased. The Commentary Editor of the Albany, NY Times Union has accepted it for publication, and it will run on either Thursday the 21st or Friday the 22nd. I will try to post the link before close of conference on Oct 22. This is the third article I have had published in my community, which tells me that the local media indeed thinks it is important enough (well, maybe because I am a relentless pest too).
