Hi, My name is Lindsey and I am graduate Speech Pathology student at West Virginia University. I think you did an excellent job of helping speech pathologist understand the importance of not soley focusing on the mechanics of speech when working with individuals who stutter. You made a great point on how you had to adjust your mindset on your stuttering in order to enjoy your permanent gains you had made in therapy. As a future speech langauge pathologist, I really enjoyed your article, and it definitely left me with great tips to use when working with individuals who stutter! Thanks!
