I am a future SLP in graduate school and before I entered my fluency course I had little knowledge on stuttering. In a recent class we had a PWS come and talk to our class. This was inspiring and gave me a better understanding of someone who stutters. I think it is so important for PWS to share their story and help future SLPs and others "gain a greater insight into stuttering." Sharing your story is empowering for others and is vital to gain awareness and understanding of stuttering. Thank you for being part of that!
