Hello Sierra Thanks very much for your comments and question. I think training trainers in the support group can help bridge the gap. In Cameroon there are no professionally trained practicing clinicians. We have professionals who come and hold therapy sessions and return to their countries. They train us and we in turn assist in support meetings. I think another means can be coaching by telephone. Exchanging telephone calls especially when the call rates are low.
