Anita, your story is amazing!!! I am currently a graduate student taking a fluency class. I think the self-confidence and empowerment you are giving these kids is wonderful. In class we touch on negative attitude towards people who stutter and the bullying/teasing that teens often experience. What advice do you have for students in training that work with teens who stutter in regards to improving their self-confidence as well as empowering them as to handle negative situations?
