Sachin, Namaste. Thank you for reading the article and making a comment. Thank you for your time spent with others in TISA in the planning of the visit and your time in joining with me for most of the meetings, translating where necessary. I am not sure what you meant in your comment, it was a little cryptic. As Chair of ISA Outreach I always try to strike the right balance between doing and encouraging / leading others to do things for themselves. I am very proud to be associated with the ISA ISP-S projects. Many stammerers have benefited from the visits teams have made in Africa and indeed Mauritius. There will be another ISP-S team going to Benin Africa, by request. In your article you mentioned the closure of the Mauritius Friends 4 Fluency. You said the second rung of leadership was not prepared. The ISA was told that was the probable reason for closure. You suggested 'inputs and training on Organizational development (managing/leading the change, planned decentralization etc.) during five years might have helped the young organization.' I think you may be right. But who do you think should be giving these trainings? (In the previous paragraph you advised mentors to move on and not to create lingering dependencies. Again. this is good advice. I agree with it 100%. That is what we try to do in the ISA manned by volunteers.) My thoughts about good Leadership is that it is like good Management. A Leader inspires; motivates and presents opportunities to those in his/her group. A Leader helps everyone in the group to reach their maximum potential and makes things happen. A Leader helps those in the group to be a leader in their own lives and with their own families. This process when successful creates the second level of leader and the third and so on. This is exactly the same as a good manager training one or more of his staff to act as a replacement, thus making him/herself redundant. Your cryptic comment has drawn a long response from me LoL. Keith
