Harry, thanks for reading. All it takes is some committed adults and parents to get something like this off and running. It will take some work too - but so worth it. Perhaps the BSA could assist with creating a parent/children extension. Start small t first. Lee could help you a lot. And you could always come to the States, observe, participate and join in.
