Dick, the issue of state license regulations is problematic, especially because ASHA has yet to find a way to overcome the problem. However, there are many clinics around the USA and Canada that treat people who come to them from many States. How is it any different for me to sit in a State where I am licensed and treat people who come to me via my computer? I agree that it's a fine line of difference. We are at the beginning of the era of treating people in this way. It will require changes in the way licensure is considered. Borders can no longer be thought of in the same way they were years ago when a person might have to travel for hours or days to cross them.
