Let's say most of my sessions are between 8:00 am and 10:00 pm. However, I am not working all those hours. Some days I work on line mornings and others for a few hours in the morning and then again in the late afternoon or evening. I try not work very late at night at all, but sometimes that can't be avoided. I also integrate online hours with my work at the clinic. I do work a lot of hours, but that is my choice. Each person has to do what fits his/her life style.
