Your article is very interesting. So many possibilities now made possible by technology. My question for people who have been working this was is : has anyone (clinician or consumer) thoughts to share about the personal link/warmth via technology compared to being in the same room for appointments. I can easily imagine teaching fluency skills, chatting via Skype or another service, but does it FEEL the same? Is there the same feeling of giving/receiving support, of being connected (pardon the pun)?
