The storage of data about sessions, client information etc is the same as it would be if clients were seen in the clinic. The only difference is the skype call. I suppose in this age where there are hackers that get into nuclear facilities, nothing is 100% safe. This is an aspect of using the internet that is theoretically problematic. However, I have not heard of skype calls being compromised.
